I had a wonderful stay at Burirattana Hotel. The location in the old town was perfect, and the interior design of the hotel was beautiful. Although the beds were a bit hard for my liking, everything else was just right - from the cleanliness to the delicious breakfast and the friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.
